Where We Ship
We ship to all locations across Australia (metro, regional, and even remote areas) using trusted and reliable courier services.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates depend on:
- Your delivery location
- The size and weight of the TV you order
Your final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout before payment.

How Long Does Shipping Take?
Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, etc.): within 3-5 business days
- Regional/remote areas: Up to 5-10 business days (depending on location)
You’ll be informed of the estimated timeframe at checkout. If delays happen, feel free to reach out — we’re always happy to help.
Handling & Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, sales, or public holidays, dispatch might take a little longer, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
Tracking Information
Yes, we provide tracking!
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery online.
Heads up: Some couriers may take 2–5 business days to update tracking info after dispatch.
Also, sometimes items from the same order are sent in separate packages for logistical reasons.
Missed Deliveries & Re-delivery
If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the courier might:
- Leave a card with re-delivery or pickup details
- Try a second delivery (this depends on the courier’s policy for your area)
In some cases, re-delivery fees may apply.
