ORDERS & SHIPPING

We deliver across Australia using trusted courier services.

Shipping costs vary based on your location and the size of the TV. The final shipping rate is calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase.

This should be 3-7 days and regional or remote areas may take upto 7-9 days.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow your delivery.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy for change-of-mind purchases. To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused and unopened
  • It must be in its original packaging  

Please note: A 10% restocking fee may apply. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If your TV arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will organize a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Simply email your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos to info@emete.tv. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

WARRANTY & SUPPORT

Yes! All Emete TVs include a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty for your peace of mind.

Our warranty covers:

  1. Manufacturer defects
  2. Internal hardware faults 
  3. Screen/display issues not caused by user damage

It does not cover:

  1. Accidental or water damage
  2. Cosmetic wear and tear
  3. Power surges or electrical faults not caused by the product
  4. Issues resulting from unauthorized repairs

Email us at info@emete.tv with your order number and issue details. Include photos or video if possible. We will assess your claim and provide repair or replacement as needed. 

LEGAL & POLICY

Even beyond our 3-year warranty, you are protected by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees your right to:

Ask for repair, replacement, or refund for faulty or unsafe goods.

Receive products that are fit for purpose, match descriptions, and perform as expected.

Your consumer rights apply automatically and cannot be excluded.
