How do I find an article quickly?

You do not need an account to place an order. Do you have an account? Then log in first by clicking on “Account” at the top right and then on “Log in”. Place the items you want to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the orange “Add to cart” button. All items that you can place in your shopping cart are in stock and immediately available. In order to ensure fast next day delivery, our ordering process is fully automated. This means that orders placed can unfortunately no longer be cancelled. Therefore, check your order carefully before completing it.

Discounts are not possible for large orders.

If you have ordered on weekdays before 16:00, it will be delivered the next day. If you have ordered on weekdays after 22:00, it will take one day longer. Orders placed on Friday after 16:00 until Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a Track and Trace code. This email contains a link to a shipping overview. This link also allows you to see a time window when the package is expected to be delivered to you. Since the carrier often still has to process the shipment, this link may only be activated after a few hours.
The type of shipment depends on the size of your order. We strive to send orders that fit in a letterbox package in a flat letterbox box.
Although some orders fit through the letterbox, they are treated as parcels. That is why a signature is required for delivery.
Ordered items are sent in one box as much as possible. If you have ordered a helium tank, this can be sent as a separate shipment.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box address.
