At Emete.tv, we’re committed to delivering quality products and excellent service. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are protected and respected at all times. 

Returns – Change of Mind

We offer a 30-day return window for change-of-mind purchases, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and components are included
  • You provide proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or receipt)

Note: For change-of-mind returns, shipping fees are non-refundable, and a 10% restocking fee may apply. 

Faulty, Damaged or Not as Described

If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. 

This applies when:

  • The product has a major failure (e.g., does not work, is unsafe, or not fit for purpose)
  • The product arrives damaged or incomplete

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for damage claims.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@emete.tv with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
  3. If approved, pack the item securely and send it using the provided label or your preferred tracked courier service.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected 

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the received item was faulty or
    incorrectly shipped
